How we quote it
Most EK itineraries we see are long-haul into DXB, a connection, and long-haul out — Africa, the Indian subcontinent, East Asia, Australia, or back to Europe/the Americas. A one-stop via Dubai can be kinder than a “cheap” three-stop on mixed metal. It can also be a 10-hour layover that nobody asked for. Tell us the maximum connection you will accept.
A380 versus 777
The A380 is not guaranteed because you typed Emirates. Fleet assignment moves. If the downstairs bar or a certain suite is the reason you are flying, say that; we will treat it as a preference, not a contract, until the equipment is on the ticket.
Bags and extras
Allowance follows the fare family and Skywards status, not the Instagram cabin tour. Specials sometimes include less than people who last flew EK in 2018 remember. We will copy the published allowance onto the quote rather than recite a number here that will be wrong next month.
What we cannot do
We cannot upgrade you with miles you do not have, reset a Skywards password, or add Ice headset folklore. Chauffeur and lounge access are fare-class and status questions. If they matter, put them in the first reply to our acknowledgement.
