1. The form is a request, not a reservation
Submitting airports, dates, cabin and contact details asks us to look for options. It does not create a confirmed booking, a PNR you can check in with, or a right to that fare. Airline inventory moves independently of this website.
2. Quotes are snapshots
A written quote is our understanding of a fare at a point in time. Taxes, fuel surcharges, and carrier-imposed fees can change before ticketing. If we cannot honour a snapshot, we will say so and send what is available instead. You may walk away.
3. When a contract exists
A ticket contract exists only when (a) you accept a specified itinerary in writing, (b) payment is completed as instructed, and (c) the carrier or consolidator issues a ticket/PNR. Until then, either party can stop.
4. The carrier’s conditions apply to the ticket
Once ticketed, the airline’s conditions of carriage, fare rules, and tarmac/delay policies govern the flight. Travelobuds is not the carrier. Schedule changes, cancellations, and denied boarding are handled under those airline rules, with our help if we issued the ticket.
5. Names and documents
Names must match the travel document. We are not responsible for a ticket issued on the spelling you supplied. Some countries require a passport valid for six months beyond travel; we do not check every border rule unless you ask and we agree in writing.
6. Special fares
Student, senior, resident, seaman, or group fares need proof. If proof is missing at ticketing, the fare can be cancelled or repriced. See the dedicated fare-type pages for how those products usually behave.
7. Payment
We will not ask for card details inside the website form. Pay only using the method named in the written quote. Chargebacks for a ticket already issued to the names you provided are handled under the merchant’s rules and the fare’s refund box.
8. Errors
Obvious pricing errors (a long-haul business seat at an impossible amount) may be withdrawn. We will not secretly ticket an error fare “because the website said so” — this website does not display live fares.
9. Third-party sites
Links to airlines are for reference. Their sites have different terms. We are not responsible for purchases you make direct with a carrier after we suggested it.
