What a complete request looks like
Departure airport, arrival airport, outbound date, return date unless one-way, passenger count, cabin, phone and email. Postal code is optional on some forms and still useful for point-of-sale on certain US and Gulf filings. If the trip is an open-jaw, use this page for the first two cities and reply to the acknowledgement with the rest — that is a multi-city file, not two one-ways.
Cabin is a product, not a vibe
Economy includes main cabin and, when you ask for the lowest number, basic economy — those are different tariffs. Business on a long-haul lie-flat is not domestic first on a narrowbody. If a named cabin is the reason you are flying, put it in the first reply after the receipt.
What happens after submit
The form posts to the desk. You should receive an automatic acknowledgement with a request ID. That ID is not a PNR. A specialist replies within 2 business hours with options in USD and the airline fare rules attached. Nothing is ticketed until you accept in writing. If someone on WhatsApp asks for a card screenshot and cannot quote your request ID, treat it as fraud and write to support@travelobuds.com.
Airport notes before you guess
If the city has more than one airport, read the matching destination briefing first — New York, London, Tokyo and Bangkok are the usual traps. Carrier preference belongs in the first email; airline briefings explain hubs, not timetables. Groups of about ten or more should start on group travel.
