Beauvais marketed as “Paris” is a coach ride. If a quote uses BVA we will write the airport name in full. If another site did not, that is their problem.
CDG
Terminal 2 is a campus, not a room. 2E/2F connections for Air France/SkyTeam can be efficient; 2A/2C to 2E with checked bags is where published minimum connection times lie. We prefer not to ticket self-connects that rely on you collecting bags and re-checking with a low-cost carrier downstairs.
Orly
ORY is often the right arrival if you are staying south of the river or connecting onto French domestic. Long-haul into Orly exists but is thinner. Tell us the arrondissement or the train you need to catch; it changes the airport more often than people expect.
Strikes and summer
French ATC and airport industrial action is seasonal folklore because it keeps happening. We cannot promise a day will be clean. What we can do is avoid 45-minute connections through CDG in weeks when notices are already out.
