Operating carrier
A Delta PNR can include AF, KL, VS, and regional US operators. That is normal. What is not normal is discovering at the gate that a “Delta” flight is a 50-seat regional when you packed as if it were a widebody. We will write the operator.
Basic economy
If the cheapest transatlantic box is basic, it may restrict carry-on, seat choice and changes. US domestic basic is its own chart. If you need a standard economy ticket, say so rather than hoping the specialist guesses.
SkyMiles
Medallion benefits and bag waivers depend on status and itinerary. Send the number. We cannot match a companion certificate from this form.
Hub choice
ATL connections can be efficient and also long walks. JFK is often the transatlantic story from New York. If you care which US city you connect in, put a preference on the request (“avoid ATL” is a valid sentence).
SkyTeam metal and basic economy
A Delta PNR can include Air France, KLM, Virgin Atlantic and regional US operators. That is normal. What is not normal is discovering at the gate that a “Delta” flight is a 50-seat regional when you packed as if it were a widebody. We will write the operator. If the cheapest transatlantic box is basic economy, it may restrict carry-on, seat choice and changes. US domestic basic is its own chart. If you need a standard main-cabin ticket, say so rather than hoping the specialist guesses.
Medallion benefits and bag waivers depend on status and itinerary. Send the SkyMiles number. We cannot match a companion certificate from this form. Joint-venture behaviour with Air France-KLM and Virgin Atlantic on many transatlantic routings means the operating crew may not be Delta’s. The quote will list every flight number.
How to request it
Prefer Delta metal? Say so. Cabin still has to be named. Travelobuds is not Delta Air Lines. After issue, the operating carrier’s contract of carriage governs the ticket.
Cabin still has to be named
Searching Delta Air Lines is not the same as choosing a cabin. Use economy class or business class if that is the product you mean. Travelobuds is not Delta Air Lines. After issue, that carrier’s contract of carriage governs the ticket — airline disclaimer.
