Groups are a different product, not a bigger shopping cart.
Once you are around ten people on the same flights, airlines stop treating you like nine separate consumers. Deposits, name deadlines, and block space appear. The website fare you screenshot is usually not that contract.
When this page applies
Weddings, school trips, choirs, small companies, sports teams. If names will still move 30 days out, say so immediately — that is the whole point of a group file.
What we need besides the form
- Real headcount, and whether it might grow or shrink.
- Whether everyone must sit together (a request, not a law of physics).
- A single organiser who can accept a quote and pay a deposit.
- Flexibility on outbound time. Groups that insist on one 07:00 nonstop are often the groups that should have booked six months earlier.
Money
Group offers often want a deposit and have penalties that look nothing like a consumer “24-hour courtesy.” We will put those dates in writing. Do not pay a deposit to a WhatsApp number that cannot quote a request ID from this site.
