We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA on the pages we control. This is a small shared-hosting site, not a billion-dollar OTA, but the quote form should still be usable with a keyboard and a screen reader.
What we built for
- Visible labels on every quote field, not placeholder-only inputs.

- Focus rings on buttons, links and fields.
- Airport suggestions that can be chosen with the keyboard.
- Colour contrast on navy, sand and orange that we checked against body text (not against every decorative gradient).

Known limits
The custom airport list is not a full world gazetteer; if your field airport is missing, type the IATA code anyway. Date fields use the browser’s native date control, which behaves differently in Safari and Firefox. Destination photographs are content images with short alt text, not long descriptions of every skyline.
Report a barrier
Email support@travelobuds.com with the page URL, the browser, and what you were trying to do. If you need a quote and the form is blocking you, include the route in that email and we will take it as a request.
Phone and hours
If the form is unusable, call +1 (888) 764-9585 during specialist hours. Specialists typically reply 08:00–20:00 UTC, seven days a week. Say that the website blocked you so we do not ask you to retry a field you cannot reach.
Content images and language
This site is written in English. Destination photographs have short alt text naming the city or landmark, not a long description of every skyline. Legal pages use the same templates as the rest of the site so headings and lists remain available to a screen reader. If a PDF or airline document is later attached to a quote, that file’s accessibility is the airline’s, not ours — we can still read the fare rules to you on the phone.

The full form is on request a quote. Contact details and office address are on contact. If you can use the form but need a longer connection or a wheelchair request, put that in the first email after the acknowledgement — see how quotes work.
