1. You send the request
We need departure airport, arrival airport, departure date, return date (unless one-way), passenger count, postal code, cabin preference, phone and email. Incomplete phone numbers delay the first reply because we cannot reach you if the fare is about to expire.
2. You get a receipt
If Hostinger mail is configured correctly, you receive an automatic acknowledgement with a short request ID. That ID is not a PNR and not a ticket number. Keep it if you write back.
3. A specialist looks at inventory
We check carrier-published fares and, where we have access, consolidator stock that can legally be sold to the public. If the cheap option is a throwaway ticket with a 24-hour change window, the quote will say that in plain language.
4. You receive options
Typical replies include one recommended itinerary and one cheaper alternative, cabin notes, baggage as published at quote time, and whether names can still change. Currency is USD unless you asked for another.
5. Ticketing is a separate step
Nothing is ticketed until you accept an option in writing and complete payment under the instructions we send. Those instructions will name the merchant, the amount, and the fare rules. If someone contacts you on WhatsApp asking for a card screenshot and they cannot quote your request ID, treat it as fraud — write to support@travelobuds.com.
